Departing from traditional panel-mount designs, the ZDRV.A22 series features a dual mounting structure that supports standard 35mm DIN-rail snapping as well as wall-mount screws. This allows for quick, hassle-free installation directly onto cabinet DIN rails, maintaining a clean, standardized enclosure layout while significantly streamlining wiring and routine maintenance. Inside, the controller utilizes a high-performance MCU microprocessor and a closed-loop speed feedback control system, paired with a front-mounted LED digital display and control keys. This setup delivers accurate, real-time visual monitoring of motor operating RPM, parameters, and system status.
