The ZDRV.A24 Series DIN-Rail Mount Digital AC Speed Controller is a high-performance digital motor drive engineered specifically for internal control cabinet integration and automated motion systems. Featuring a dual mounting structure that supports standard 35mm DIN-rail snapping as well as wall-mounting screws, the ZDRV.A24 series mounts effortlessly directly onto electrical cabinet rails, solving the common issues of excessive cabinet space consumption and cluttered wiring to deliver a clean, standardized enclosure layout.
Driven by an internal high-performance microprocessor (MCU) and a closed-loop tachometer feedback system, the ZDRV.A24 series incorporates a front-panel bright LED digital display, a smooth speed potentiometer knob, and digital programming keys for real-time visual monitoring of actual motor operating RPM and system status. The controller is designed with dual-sided terminal blocks protected by transparent covers: top terminals accommodate external FWD/REV directional switching, 0–5V/AVI analog speed inputs, and M1/M2 multi-step speed selection, while bottom terminals connect to AC power mains, motor windings (U1, U2, Z2), and tachometer feedback (S1, S2). Furthermore, operators can configure 0.1–10 second soft-start and soft-stop acceleration profiles via the digital menu to eliminate mechanical impact during startup.
Compatible with single-phase AC 110V/220V power supply, the ZDRV.A24 series seamlessly drives micro AC speed-control gear motors ranging from 6W to 250W.
