■ Features For DC Brushed Motor
1.Compact Structure & High Torque
By integrating a reduction gearbox, it can significantly decrease speed and multiply output torque within a very small footprint.
2.Quick Start & Simple Control
TInheriting the classic advantages of brushed DC motors, it offers rapid starting and braking. Speed can be adjusted simply by changing the voltage, and direction can be reversed by changing the current polarity.
3.High Cost-Effectiveness
With mature technology and extremely simple drive circuit designs, it has low production costs, making it ideal for large-scale commercial applications.
4.Mechanical Wear and Tear
Due to the continuous mechanical friction between the brushes and the commutator, its lifespan is limited by brush life (typically hundreds to a few thousand hours), and it tends to generate mechanical noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) at high speeds.
