■ Features For TC120 Series VFD
The TC120 Series Micro Compact Panel-Mount Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a high-performance, stepless velocity control inverter engineered specifically for light industrial machinery, compact automation equipment, and control panel integration. Moving away from bulky traditional wall-mounted inverters, the TC120 series utilizes a standardized panel-mount design that fits directly onto machine control panels or electrical enclosure doors, greatly optimizing overall machine footprint and wiring layout. Driven by an advanced VVVF control algorithm and built-in microprocessor, the TC120 features a highly integrated front panel complete with a bright LED display, smooth speed potentiometer knob, START/STOP key, PROGRAM/EXIT and SHIFT keys, alongside a dedicated FWD/REV directional toggle key. Operators can easily regulate motor speed manually via the potentiometer or program digital parameters—such as acceleration/deceleration times (soft start/stop), upper/lower frequency limits, and overload protection thresholds. Accepting single-phase 220V AC power and delivering a 3-phase 220V variable-frequency output, the TC120 series seamlessly drives 0.2kW to 0.75kW small 3-phase AC motors and gear motors. It is widely deployed across mini conveyor systems, packaging machinery, food processing equipment, mixers, and electronics assembly lines as an ideal compact drive for digital frequency control upgrades.
